Complete Ute Van Hire Flinders Rangers

No Sharks in the Flinders Ranges

2018-04-09

So close to Adelaide, and an easy four hour drive puts you right at the start of the Flinders Ranges.

Coffee is well priced, meals are cheap, groceries are good value and fuel is quite often about the same price as Adelaide - No Sharks!

Load your boot with a couple of camp chairs and a table and an empty esky. You can stock up with everything you need from the local IGA and/or butcher in Quorn. There's also no less than 3 pubs in Quorn to stock your drinks fridge. Further north at Hawker there are also local options to choose from.

And there are accommodation options everywhere!

In the case of a breakdown towing can be a little expensive... but this is where Complete Ute and Van Hire come in. If you hire one of our four wheel drives the hassle is transferred to us. Not that we expect breakdowns! Our fleet is mostly less than two years old and fastidiously prepared before you leave.

A four wheel drive is recommended but not absolutely necessary unless you intend to travel the remote tracks or access a local four wheel drive only park.

More often than not weather during winter is sunny days with cold nights (perfect open fire weather) but is rarely wet.

No excuse then, head up to the Flinders and have a look and even consider taking an extra day or two off.
